Sometimes writing letters won't really express true emotions
Is how things may seem bigger then what they really seem
He expressing he feelings as a person at the doctors office waiting for their test results
Even though times are tough he still moves through the pain
I think this relates to communications because he is expressing he feeling through a song. A lot of times people can communicate through songs. He is also referring to to writing a letter because it will seem more sentimental. Today most people will do it through text or DM's
